Educational Leadership Programs Information Session

Discover how Loyola University Chicago’s Educational Leadership programs empower administrators and supervisors to become transformative leaders in education. Designed for individuals who are passionate about addressing social justice and equity issues in school systems, our program provides the skills, knowledge, and ethical foundation necessary to drive meaningful change.

Rooted in a mission of equity and inclusion, Loyola’s curriculum prepares students to tackle systemic challenges and lead with purpose. Alumni of the program can be found at the highest levels of education leadership, including roles within the Illinois State Board of Education and school districts across the state. Through a cohort-based learning model, participants benefit from a collaborative environment guided by experienced, practicing leaders who provide real-world insights into school and district leadership.
