About the Supply Chain Certificate at Loyola Chicago
With markets that must align with both the needs of e-commerce and consumer and business expectations for quick availability, fast delivery, and the highest quality of service, global companies must have a high-performing supply chain and logistics system. Interruptions and volatility in the supply chain create economic hardships for companies and end users alike and impact the bottom line.
The Supply Chain Management Certificate program prepares business professionals to use advanced knowledge and skills in managing today’s supply chain and complex international networks.
Whether you are a current supply chain professional who wants to expand your targeted skills for career advancement, an emerging business leader who wants to add in-demand skills to your portfolio, or you want to switch to a new career focus, this certificate offers the supply chain fundamental skills you need to identify and develop creative and ethical solutions to supply chain challenges.
The certificate is also an ideal specialization for students who are currently pursuing a graduate business degree, and a great complement for MBA graduates who need to retool or enhance their resumes or who want to enhance their MBA with a supply chain management focus.
Program Structure
The supply chain fundamentals certificate can be completed in 9-12 months and on a full- or part-time schedule. Quinlan graduate programs follow a quarter system that runs for ten weeks; classes are held once a week. This is a hybrid program with in-person courses offered on weekday evenings or Saturdays at our Water Tower Campus in Chicago, and some courses available online.
